We offer a guaranteed 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed after you have received your purchase, we cannot offer you a return.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Please allow up to 30 days to receive your order. We strive to have your product ship as soon as possible but sometimes, orders may become backed up which could cause the delay in the shipping process. Some of our items ship from China, which can also cause a long shipping process. Thank you for understanding.
